Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. All returns must be in original/sell-able condition and include the original packaging with all tags attached. Only items purchased from www.hoverkicks.com can be accepted for return. Hoverkicks.com purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.

To process a return, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include the return form, which will be emailed to you when your claim is approved. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. It is recommended to ship via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items. All sale and clearance items are sold as is.
